Our 106 step process ensures every inch of your car receives detailed attention. Firstly, we start with a wash, in this case, that’s a Custom Detail, followed by everything included in an Interior Detail.
We then prepare your car for the next stage…the fun part…the full makeover. On the outside that means removing as many of the blemishes on your paintwork as we can. Depending on the condition of your paintwork this might require us to use a Clay Bar or a machine polish or, in some cases both. The hard work here will pay off when you apply the polish.
Your Car Care detailer carries a comprehensive range of polishes and will find the ideal product to give you the best result. They will also treat your door rubbers and any exterior plastics. On the inside we shampoo your seats and carpets. For those of you with leather seats we condition these with our top of the range leather milk and finally deodorise.
As you can imagine this is going to take a while, so it’s a good thing that we come to you so you can be getting on with your life while your car is receiving the 5 star treatment.
Not sure why but everyone who buys a car seems to want to lift the bonnet up…maybe they are making sure the engine is still there! That’s why we also give it a wipe over.

Your Pre-Sale Detail is our Full Car Detail with the addition of an Engine Bay wipe over and is a must if you want to get the best price for your car. It’s also ideal if you have just bought a pre-owned or used car as it helps you start from a solid base and identify any issues you may not have noticed when buying it.
A Full Detail is also a good choice after that family holiday (don’t bother before). You know what we are talking about – the combination of food wrappers or food itself, dog hair, beach sand, damp towels, drink bottles, cans and maybe the odd chip.
Who wants to face several hours of car detailing when you have just had a holiday!?
If you are the more adventurous type your paintwork might have suffered the odd brush with nature – we’re talking trees and bushes from your off road excursions. A machine polish can remove some of the lighter ones and reduce the appearance of the others.

About Car Care Australia
Car Care started in Perth in 1987 and has grown into Australia’s largest mobile car detailer. Even from those early days we set out to be different and were the first company to carry our own power and water so that we could work anywhere. In many ways our service hasn’t changed that much although the range of car care products we carry have grown significantly over time. Back in those early days there was no such thing as Paint Protection or Micro Fibre Cloths.
In 1990 we saw franchising as a way to expand our network that now covers every State and Territory in Australia as it not only created opportunities for over 300 men and women to run their own business it also ensured the level of service that we wanted to offer with customer focused detailers. We even expanded to New Zealand.
That attention to detail along with national coverage has enabled us to provide our car detailing services to most (if not all) of the major vehicle manufacturers over that time. It has also enabled us to work on some very different and challenging events. This included maintaining a fleet of Audi’s as they and the accompanying journalists travelled across the Nullabor. We have attended most sporting events from AFL to Cricket to the Australian Open, Formula 1 Grand Prix, etc. and more recently in 2019 looking after all the vehicles (including the Royal one) at the Invictus Games in Sydney.
The most significant changes we have seen have been in technology. When we started out there was no such thing as mobile phones so our detailers used a telephone box to call the office for their next job. Through a cloud based job allocation system developed by our parent company Mpower Franchising Pty Ltd our detailers can now access enquiries through an App on their phone enabling them to respond to a client promptly.
We will continue to innovate and expand our coverage and range of services in the car appearance market through delivering a mobile service in a client focused way whilst maintaining the opportunities for those wishing to run their own business.
